My next guest is Dr. Sara Jiang 

Dr. Xiaoyin “Sara” Jiang, MD, is Associate Professor of Pathology at Duke University, Chief of the Head and Neck Service, and Director of the Duke Pathology Communications Group. Her areas of research and expertise are cytopathology and surgical pathology of the head and neck and endocrine systems, with particular interest in thyroid nodules, ultrasound-guided FNA, and novel applications of social media for medical professionals. She is active in committees and leadership within national pathology and medical organizations including the USCAP, ATA, CAP, ASCP, and ASC, and has been honored with local and national awards including the ASCP 2017 “40 under 40” Top Five, Duke Pathology’s Pizzo Faculty Research Mentor Award, the Pathologist Magazine’s “Power List”, and the 2019 CAP Resident Advocate Award.
